Sergey L was born into a construction family. With a father who is a lifelong architect, Sergey was immersed in the world of building from an early age — learning how thoughtful design and skilled craftsmanship come together to create something truly lasting.
With more than 30 years of experience in construction, Sergey has made building his life’s work. For around 15 years as a home builder, he has delivered lots of beautiful homes, earning a trusted reputation for outstanding quality and craftsmanship.
At Belle Crown Homes, Sergey personally oversees every phase of construction and every subcontractor on site, he takes a hands-on approach to quality control, ensuring every job meets our high standards.
